SIMBA FRIENDS FOUNDATION CLUB (S.F.F.C), is a club formed
on the 24 of November, 2004 by Adonis N. Quainoo a High School graduate with assistance
from Mr. Kofi Essien ICT Coordinator of Aggrey Memorial and Fiankoma Project Ghana. This club is
found in the heart of Aggrey Memorial Secondary school Cape Coast, Ghana.
With the idea of promoting socialisation, Unity and Love among Student Bodies Worldwide
through a Friendship Letter Exchange Project and other project works which will enable students from all over the world to
come together to interract, share ideas and learn something new from eacth other in terms of their cutlure,
Believes and their economical background, Simba Friends came into existence.
Aims and Objectives
The aims and objectives of Simba Friends is to promote Socialization,
Unity and Love among Student Bodies Worldwide through the organisation of project works, which will involved students
from all sorts of life to enable them settle their differences.
Membership
Simba Friends started with an initail number of ten (10) but from the time it started it project
works the number has reactivated to 45 (All Ghanaians).
But it is our believe and prayer that with this number we can reach out to other people (Student
Bodies and Non Student Bodies) all over the world.
Projects
A. Humanist Movement Project
Simba Friends is now currently involved in a Humanist Movement Project. This project is set
to promote Humanity throughout the world, this movement is also set to aspire the creation of a Universal
Human Nation based on equal rights and opportunities, diversity of forms and ideas, and progress for all people. Towards
this end, it advocates for a nonvoilent transformation of society.
So as Simba Friends we are here to help expand the movemnt and to take part in it activities
to eradicate Voilence from the earth and strive to Humanize the earth through friendship.
The movement is made up of councils in diferrent countries and Simba Friends happens to be
part of Council 90 from Hungary with contacts from Attila Szabados who serves as the Coordinator
of Humanist Hungary.
B. Letter Exchange Project
As our aim is to promote Socialisation. Simba Friends is currently involved in a Letter
Exchanged Project work with two sister schools namely Hilo High School of USA headed by Gailey
Tugadi, Alphonso Moreno High school of Spain headed by Alphonso Moreno.
Through which students from both countries are exchanging their idea's about each other's Culture and learning new things
about theirselves.
Simba Friends will be having and Friendship Exchange Letter Project friends from Refugee
camps throughout the world, this project is being hosted by RESPECT REFUGEES GHANA. Simba friends were link to this project
by Anthony Macedo Barlee the Program Coordinator of RESPECT GHANA.
